Digitizing is the process in which a part is examined by an electronic probe to get detailed coordinates of depth, height and width.  The computer then saves this digital data and it can be used to create duplicate parts of the exact same size.  The representation of the part can be made smaller or larger so that different size parts can be made.

We provide this service and can create an output file for another CNC machine to cut or create parts from our machine.
